TASTING NOTES
Color: Ruby Red with a few garnet reflections
Bouquet: Notes of red fruits, currants, blueberries and blackberries, give this wine an elegant astringency, final spicy note
Taste: The evolution of taste in the mouth is divided into three phases: the initial softness is followed by the noticeable, yet subtle tannin, which is then replaced by a mineral freshness, offered by the volcanic soil. The finish is long and it leaves softness and ripe red fruits
Suggested serving temperature: 14°
